Services

EasyClearCall provides AI receptionist services for inbound calls, lead capture, bookings, call summaries, routing rules, and related owner workflows.
We may also provide custom website projects, launch work, and optional maintenance or server support.
Certain features may rely on third-party providers such as telephony, voice AI, hosting, email, calendar, or analytics services.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, opening hours, escalation rules, FAQ material, contact destinations, and where applicable website content or access.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content, data, and contact information you share with or connect to EasyClearCall.
If local laws require notice or consent for call recording or transcription, you are responsible for complying with those requirements.

Billing and term

AI receptionist work is generally billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website projects may be billed as one-time project fees. Optional maintenance or server support is generally billed monthly in advance.
You may cancel monthly renewal before the next billing period so that a new monthly charge is not applied.

Acceptable use

You may not use EasyClearCall for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
You may not use the product for spam, improper automated outreach, or activity that infringes the rights of others.

Liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, EasyClearCall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
